Do you have collection points?

At the moment, we do not have a pick-up point; however, starting September 1st, you will be able to pick up your order at our store.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, delivery times are:

Shipping within the GAM: Up to 3 business days.

Shipping outside the GAM: Up to 5 business days.

Do you have any loyalty programs or discounts for frequent customers?

Yes, we have a subscription program where by signing up for automatic reordering, you receive a 10% discount on your second and third purchases, and 15% from the fourth onwards. We also offer exclusive discounts and promotions to our newsletter subscribers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. However, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we offer shipping to Central America. Rates and delivery times vary by location. Contact us for more information through the "Contact Us" section or by clicking the WhatsApp button in the bottom right corner.

What is the delivery cost?

  • GAM Standard: Private messaging within the GAM - ¢2,200 - up to three business days (Monday to Friday). Let us know if Saturday works better for you, we can accommodate!
  • Shipments to the rest of the country: Correos de Costa Rica service. Up to 5 business days. Price depends on the weight and size of the order.
